Post Operative care

Post-op care is a critical aspect of any surgical procedure. In order to ensure that patients receive the best possible care, surgeons are expected to perform their procedures in accordance with the standards set forth by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). This includes providing appropriate preoperative instructions, performing proper anesthesia, following specific surgical protocols, and providing post-surgical follow-up care. The JCAHO has established guidelines for post-op care that include the following: Post-op instructions should be given before surgery begins.

Patients should have access to a telephone number where they can call if they experience pain or other concerns after surgery. Patients should be seen at least once per day for the first 24 hours after surgery. If complications occur, patients should be seen immediately by their doctor.

Light House Keeping

We also do light housekeeping to make your home a comfortable and healthy environment for your recovery. After undergoing major surgical procedures, you’re not allowed to do these housekeeping tasks even if you feel like you could do them. We can handle light housekeeping tasks for your home, flat, or apartment. Our housekeeping services include laundry, dusting surface, vacuuming, sweeping, emptying dustbin, organizing shelves or drawers, tidying up, picking up clutters, and so forth. You can discuss with us about post operative housekeeping in advance for a clearer plan. We’d keep your home clean and organized so you can have a comfortable, convenient post op recovery.

Child Care

If you have children, you need someone trusted to take care of them when you’re focusing on recovery. Our staff is trained and experienced to care for children 0 months to 14 years of age. We also post c-sect care service if you need more assistance to take care of your newborn baby or other children at home. As you’ve been discharged from the hospital after the procedure, doctors may require you to be on bed rest that makes childcare impossible for you. We’d ensure that your children are fully cared for including their meals, study, play, and other routines. You can prompt post op care with our child care services for a better at-home recovery and relax as your children are in good hands. Our drivers can also pick up your kids from school if you need it.

Pet Care

Your activities may be limited after the surgery and you may not be able to feed or walk your dog. We also provide pet care as a part of your post operative care services. Our pet services cover feeding, walking, potty breaks, and other activities to ensure your pet sticks to their daily routines. You can rest assured because our caring staff would give your pet the attention and care they need while you can focus on your post surgery recovery. Our staff is experienced in caring for different types of pets and accommodating specific requirements for their routines if available.
