Booking & Cancellation Rules for Reliance Post-Op:

Advance Booking Requirement

All bookings for Reliance Post-Op services must be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance.

Same-Day Booking Proedure

Same-day bookings can be accommodated, but they must be made by calling the office directly. A driver shall not be dispatched if the booking was made through the website without first calling the office for availabilty to complete the service and any fee paid shall be forfieted.

To make a same-day booking, please contact our office during business hours and speak with a representative.

Wait-time Fee

A wait time fee will be incurred if the driver has to wait for more than 20 minutes at the designated location and for every hour thereafter.

The wait time fee details will be communicated to you during the booking process or can be obtained by contacting our office.

Confirmation of Booking

Upon making a booking, you will receive a confirmation either via email or SMS, depending on your preferred method of communication. Please ensure that you provide accurate contact information during the booking process.

Emergency Situations

In case of emergencies or urgent post-operative and transportation needs, please contact our office immediately for assistance.

Special Requests

If you have any special requests or specific requirements for your post-operative care and transportation, please inform our staff during the booking process or leave a message in the comment box.

Patient Information

When making a booking, please provide essential patient information, including the patient's name, contact details, pickup and destination addresses, suite numbers, date and time of service and any relevant medical details.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A service cancellation should be made at least 24 hours prior to the service. All cancellations must be submitted via call or email to ensure a timely cancellation. Failure to cancel within the allowed time frame will result in a 25% cancellation fee. 25% of your service fee will be deducted. All refunds shall incur 5% for processing fee.

SAME DAY CANCELLATION

ANY SERVICES CANCELLED ON THE DAY OF THE SERVICE WILL FORFEIT THEIR REFUND.

TRANSPORTATION CANCELLATION

A service cancellation should be made at least 24 hours prior to the transport. Failure to cancel within the requested time frame will result in a $25.00 or 25% cancellation fee whichever is greater. Only one reschedule shall be allowed in the case a prodecure get cancelled. All refunds shall incur 5% for processing fee.

POST-OP CARE SERVICES CANCELLATION

25% CANCELLATION FEE (For cancellation initiated in less than 24hrs). All refunds shall incur 5% for processing fee.

Compliance with Regulation

All bookings are subject to compliance with local regulations and guidelines related to post-operative care and transportation.
