We needed a ride following our procedure and help getting to our hotel room and settled in. We booked Jimmele for an hour and she helped us in, made us comfortable and stayed until we were ok for her to leave. She is very professional, caring and helpful. We will use her company again as needed.

I used this service for a ride post op. The surgery center had no issue releasing me to them, as an Uber or Lyft would not suffice. The guy was professional, on time, patient. Vehicle was clean and spacious, and driver also helped me to my door once home and inside. This really helped. Also, the customer service up until the actual ride was great. Jimmelle was amazing! I had an pretty aggressive outpatient surgery and stayed by my side most of the week. Not only did she help me, she also made me feel like she was a concerned friend. Highly recommend!

Abraham drove my friend and I to my Dr appointment and was very nice, helpful & easy to speak to. This is my 2nd time using their service. He got to my pick up location early and I meet him on the pick up site on time and we got to the Dr appointment early! 5 stars!!

I scheduled a driver to be on site during a surgery, then to transport me home afterwards. Joyce was very professional and showed up on time and even offered to go out of her way for me to get prescriptions filled. She seemed to care very much about my well being. She even called to check in on me later the day of surgery, and twice the next day to see how I was doing and if I was following the post op instructions. A solid 5 stars for both Reliance and Joyce!

I did a lot of Google research trying to find an NEMT service provider after I was unable to find someone who could meet the schedule for my outpatient hospital procedure which required anesthesia. Reliance responded to my email query promptly and handled the transport in a highly professional manner even when having to answer direct calls from hospital personnel. I am one who does a lot of research when looking for companies to perform services, so when I needed assistance with transportation to and from appointments I ran across Reliance. I love that they use their personal vehicles to transport you, which gives the feel of a family member assisting you. The customer service starts when you call to just ask question or set up an appointment and receive courteous, patient responses. The employee arrived promptly to ensure that I made my appointment on time. If you need someone to wait with you during your appointment, they are right there. They provided positive, courteous, punctual services. My overall experience with Reliance was a positive one and I plan to use them in the future.
